This policy describes how PMG Investment and Trading Joint Stock Company ("PMG", "we") handles information in PMG Ads, our desktop application for managing TikTok advertising accounts ("the App"). (Chính sách này nói về cách PMG xử lý thông tin trong phần mềm PMG Ads.)

1. Information the App accesses

When you sign in with TikTok for Business and grant permission, the App reads from your authorized advertiser accounts: account name, currency and time zone; campaigns, ad groups and ads (names, status, budgets, creative thumbnails and text); and performance reports (spend, impressions, clicks, conversions and results). It also reads your TikTok user ID and display name to label the connection.

If you import leads or orders from your own CRM (for example by CSV file), that data is processed in the App for profit reporting.

2. Where information is stored

The App runs on your own computer. Advertising data, imported leads and your TikTok access token are stored in a local database on your device; the access token is encrypted. We do not receive, copy or store your advertising data, leads or access token on PMG servers.

During sign-in, a lightweight authentication service operated by PMG exchanges the authorization code for an access token and returns it to your device, encrypted for your device only. The service does not keep the token or your data.

3. How information is used

Information is used only to provide the App's features to you: displaying reports, pausing or resuming campaigns, changing budgets or names at your request, and running automatic rules that you configure. We do not sell your information, use it for advertising, or share it with third parties.

4. Changes made to your ad accounts

The App changes your ad accounts (status, budget, names) only when you perform the action or when a rule you created runs. Actions are recorded in a local activity log on your device.

5. Retention and deletion

Data stays on your device until you delete it. You can disconnect a TikTok account in the App's Settings, which deletes the stored token for that connection, or uninstall the App and delete its data folder to remove all local data. You can also revoke access at any time in TikTok for Business (Business Center or the app authorization settings). Because we hold no copy of your data on our servers, there is nothing further for us to delete; to ask questions about data deletion, email us.

6. Security

Access tokens are encrypted with a key held by your operating system's secure storage where available. Sign-in uses HTTPS. Please keep your device secure.

7. Children

The App is intended for businesses and is not directed to children under 18.

8. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy and will change the date above when we do.
