These terms govern your use of PMG Ads ("the App"), provided by PMG Investment and Trading Joint Stock Company ("PMG"). By installing or using the App you agree to them. (Khi cài đặt hoặc sử dụng phần mềm, bạn đồng ý với các điều khoản này.)

1. The service

The App is a desktop tool that connects to your own TikTok for Business advertiser accounts to display reports and, at your request, change campaign status, budgets and names, and run automatic rules you define.

2. Your account and authorization

You may connect only advertiser accounts you are authorized to manage. You are responsible for your TikTok account, for the actions you or your rules perform, and for complying with TikTok's terms and advertising policies.

3. Automatic rules and ad spend

Rules act on your ad accounts without further confirmation. Review them carefully. PMG is not responsible for ad spend, lost revenue or account restrictions that result from your settings, rules or from TikTok's decisions.

4. License

PMG grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App according to your license key. You may not copy, resell, reverse engineer or share the App or license key except as permitted in writing.

5. Data

Your data stays on your device, as described in our Privacy Policy.

6. Availability and changes

The App depends on TikTok's APIs, which can change or be unavailable. We may update or discontinue features and will try to give notice of material changes.

7. Disclaimer and liability

The App is provided "as is" without warranties. To the extent permitted by law, PMG is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and total liability is limited to the fees you paid for the App in the 12 months before the claim.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Vietnam.
